The terms that apply when a merchant installs and uses SpecGrid.

Service
SpecGrid provides storefront product-comparison tools for Shopify merchants. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, availability, and legality of the product information displayed through the service.
Acceptable use
Merchants may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or Shopify policies.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available, but uninterrupted operation across every third-party theme is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpecGrid is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.
